Trust Delivery Agent

  • As a Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent, we are credentialed notaries who have undergone advanced training and testing. This ensures that we are equipped to skillfully present and execute trust documents, both for the public and estate planning professionals.

Our role involves managing the entire delivery process for your important trust documents. This includes tasks such as presenting the documents, verifying personalized details, collecting signatures on non-notarized documents, and potentially returning documents to the estate attorney.

For added convenience and peace of mind, we provide mobile services. This allows us to meet with clients at their chosen locations, be it their homes, offices, hospitals, nursing homes, or attorney's offices. Our goal is to ease any burden or stress related to ensuring that your essential documents are accurately organized and prepared for the benefit of your loved ones.

  • Specialized notary services tailored for estate planning attorneys and their clients.

Professional delivery of living trust documents at the client's preferred time and location.

Expertise in living trust presentations, ensuring thorough understanding and legal compliance.

  • When it comes to planning your estate, you've probably heard about having a Will or a Living Trust. The big difference between them boils down to how they work and when they kick in.

A Will only kicks into gear after you pass away, while a Living Trust starts working as soon as you create it and transfer your assets into it.

Another thing to consider is that a Will has to go through probate court, which can be a real hassle. It takes time, and it can cost a lot of money. On the other hand, a Living Trust skips probate entirely, so your assets can be passed on to your loved ones much quicker.

Plus, there's the privacy factor. A Will becomes a public record, while a Living Trust remains private.

Even though setting up a Will is generally cheaper upfront, a Living Trust offers more benefits and control over your assets during your lifetime and after you're gone.

In the end, the decision between a Will and a Living Trust is personal and depends on your unique circumstances. It's important to weigh your options and consult with an attorney to determine the best choice for your estate planning needs.
